Satr Studio — Your satisfaction is our priority

1. Eligibility for Exchange / Return

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Perfumes, once opened, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Defected or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 2 days of delivery via email us at satrstudioofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +923236859309.

  • Share your unboxing video and clear photos of the defect with your message.

  • We will happily refund or exchange the product as you prefer.

3. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, email us with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred replacement item.

  • Courier/shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of defected/damaged items.

  • Customer must send the product back and bear the delivery charges.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
